SEP 20th: BODYWORK: ADVANCED & REMEDIAL MASSAGE TECHNIQUES with Eleanor Fitzgerald. Day 1: Neuromuscular Techniques.

These 'hands on', practical and fun days are not to be missed by any massaage therapist who takes his/ her proffession seriously!  Advance your skills and address your clients needs more appropriatly!      

Eleanor, has over  a decade of experience in the field of complementary therapies.Her main focus as a Remedial & Neuromuscular therapist involves using up-to-date research based massage techniques to address common musculo - skeletal problems. She is also a qualified Pilatus teacher.

Four single day workshops which can be combined to achieve a certificate in Advanced & Remedial Massage Techniques. All workshops include additional Anatomy & Physiology and safety advice  for client as well as therapist!

`Reflexology or 'Zone therapy'is the practice of working reflexes in the feet which correspond to other parts and organs of the body. By causing responses (relaxation) in those areas it helps the body to restore and maintain its natural state of wellbeing and balance. This day will focus on the basic Reflexology principles     and enable you to  give a simple relaxing foot massage. Your friend and family will love it!

This is also day 1 for those who continue to train as an ITEC  Reflexology Practitioner.
